The Three Sisters

The Grand Canyon
Get a taste of the Jurassic in a world of ferns, cycads, deep waterholes and tunnels on an adventurous sample of this mighty canyon.
Empress Canyon
For a more difficult hike, descend steep stairs into this impressive canyon to the Empress Falls and Sylvia Falls. Return the same way back up for a rewarding rest.
Koalas, kangaroos
Visit the open grounds of the Bungarribee Wildlife Area at the Sydney Zoo to see Australia’s unique wildlife. See koalas, Tasmanian devils, wombats, bilbies and quolls in the country’s largest nocturnal display, and a large saltwater crocodile.

Scenic World
Ride the word’s steepest train backwards up from the bottom of a canyon and gondolas down the Jamison Valley and across Katoomba Falls. This award winning attraction offers thrilling views, a mystical rainforest walk and an insight into its former days as a working coal mining village.
Underneath the falls
Descend the Giant Stairway on a hair-raising and calf-pumping cliff-edge hike hand-cut by working Irish immigrants in the early 1900’s to the bottom of Wentworth Falls. Test out your fitness on the rewarding steep walk back.
High altitude gardens
Visit Australia’s highest botanical gardens at Mt Tomah. Famous for it’s alpine region flora, discover the Blue Puya, Waratah, carnivorous plants, and the dinosaur surviving Wollemi Pine, only discovered nearby in 1994.
Seasonal fruit picking
Pick oranges, apples and pears straight from the tree in the Bilpin region.
Ferry ride
Return back to Sydney’s Circular Quay via public ferry along the Parramatta River and Sydney Harbour. Cruise past Cockatoo Island and Goat Island, Darling Harbour and underneath the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
